Steven’s ten plus years in the food service industry include
a culinary and operations background with an emphasis in training
and employee management. Area’s of expertise include food and
beverage cost management. Served as manager of Savandy’s Food
and Catering (1995-1997), Head Bar Tender/Supervisor Bobby Rubino’s
Fisherman’s Wharf (1999-2001), Restaurant/Bar Manager Red Robin
